About This Webinar
Tuesday 25 January 2022, 08:30 - 10:00
Millions of people across the UK have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, but many remain unwilling to be jabbed. As part of our newly-formed HRD Forum, we will focus on managing the anti-vaccination stance in the workplace, and dealing with COVID-related absences and refusals to attend work.
Our invitation-only forum group – which is held quarterly over breakfast – is built up of clients and connections who come together to share their experiences in their day-to-day business leadership and HR roles. The participative sessions were set up as we value our clients’ contributions and insights into their industry.
In our first discussion, we will also address the legality of mandatory vaccination policies in the context of different workplace settings, as well as look at how to effectively manage refusals to enter the workplace on COVID grounds and how best to avoid these issues cropping up.
Who Should Attend
This event will be aimed at HR directors and leaders.
