Webinar

Giving evidence remotely

Thursday 6 May, 9:30am - 10:15am

As Covid restrictions are being lifted, the Lord Chief Justice has announced that in the civil and criminal courts, there will be a return to ‘in-person’ hearings as soon as possible. However, this does not apply to Employment Tribunals and for now the default position remains that CVP hearings should be the norm.

In this brief and highly practical webinar, we will explore the following:

How to prepare for an electronic hearing – bundle preparation etc
What to expect during the hearing
The dos and don’ts of virtual hearings – common issues and how to avoid them
Questions

This is a live event and there will be an opportunity for questions and answers on the day; if you wish, you may also forward your questions in advance to events@shma.co.uk.

Who should attend

HR and finance directors and professionals, business owners and senior managers with responsibility for people management and payrolls.
