About This Webinar
Wednesday 29 September, 9:30 - 12:30 BST
Join us for a three hour virtual employment mock tribunal as we lead you through a role play scenario leaving you to weigh up the evidence and see if your decision on the outcome agrees with the judge.
The scenario will be based on a fictional COVID-19 related employment tribunal claim concerning unfair dismissal, and health and safety. It will be fully interactive, informative and myth-busting and will give you the opportunity, within a safe environment, to see how an employment tribunal works and how decisions are reached.
Our guest speaker
Changez Khan is a Barrister at No5 Barristers, and will be our Barrister for this tribunal.
This is a live event and there will be an opportunity for questions and answers on the day; if you wish, you may also forward your questions in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Who Should Attend
Delegates from all sectors of industry including: managers, supervisors, team leaders, HR professionals, business owners, Trade Union representatives, employee representatives and individuals who wish to enhance their CPD.
