Susannah Lloyd

Susannah is a partner in our team based out of our London and Milton Keynes offices, within the Commercial Property and Development team, focussing on real estate finance, family offices and luxury assets.

Susannah advises clients on a wide range of real estate finance and property matters, including advising family offices and bridge lenders. Susannah represents both lenders and borrowers on all levels of secured funding, ranging from overdraft facilities of £100,000 to refinances and acquisitions, involving secured, bridge and development finance.

This includes supporting SME and banking clients within the UK residential and commercial property market. Susannah’s experience in this sector is all encompassing for clients on documentation support, and transactional support on both standard and bespoke, complex matters. Transactional representation includes due diligence on titles and supporting documents and reports, searches, raising enquiries, reporting and all registration requirements to ensure security is perfected.

Susannah’s clients typically include family offices and bridge lenders, challenger banks and financial institutions, focussing on the SME real estate borrowing market.

Susannah has previously acted as Chief Legal Office in a family office specialising in the acquisition, disposal, financing and development of real estate for ultra-high net worth families.
