Nicola works alongside the members of the private client team to offer a personable and empathetic service to private individuals.
Nicola’s work is primarily focused on the administration of estates, drafting of Wills, preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and making Court of Protection applications.
Nicola also assists elderly and vulnerable clients in the management of their affairs by offering support when needed, and making regular visits to ensure that all of their needs are being met.
Nicola’s role involves being in tune with clients who are in a fragile state and getting a handle on the difficult situation that they may be facing by offering a compassionate approach.
Nicola has recently undertaken the STEP Certificate in Trusts and Estates.
What I enjoy most about my role is the variety that it offers and the people that I get to meet, as well as knowing that I may have made a difference to them by supporting them through a difficult time.
