Prior to joining the Construction team, Jess developed her litigation practice across two jurisdictions, acting on a range of commercial disputes in both London and Sydney, Australia. Her experience spans contract and negligence claims, professional negligence and property-related litigation, providing her with a solid foundation for navigating the multifaceted legal issues that arise in construction projects.

Jess advises developers, contractors, consultants and high net worth individuals on matters including delay and disruption claims, payment disputes and risk management throughout the life cycle of a construction project.
