Specialising in the acquisition and disposal of development land, Holly works with clients to maximise development potential and avoid potential pitfalls.
Holly is involved in both immediate and strategic land transactions. She advises clients on all transactional freehold and leasehold development and commercial property transactions. She is involved in the acquisition and disposal of residential, commercial and mixed-use development sites.
Holly deals with commercial landlord and tenant matters including the grant and acquisition of leases.
I’m driven to be part of a dynamic and exciting team which includes becoming an extension of my client’s team too. I strive to provide energy each day to make a positive difference to my clients.
