He has a particular emphasis on advising corporate occupiers in relation to the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold real estate; advising real estate investors in relation to the acquisition, disposal and asset management of their portfolios; advising lenders in relation to the funding and security aspects of real estate transactions; and acting on the real estate aspects of corporate mergers, acquisitions and disposals.
