Deeya is a dual qualified solicitor having qualified and practised initially in India for over 3 years in the mergers, acquisitions and general corporate space. She then qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2023.
Deeya is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team with over seven years’ experience advising clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, governance matters and strategic business initiatives. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating corporate agreements and transaction documents, coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams, and managing complex transactions from inception through to completion.
Dual-qualified in England & Wales and India, Deeya regularly advises on cross-border and international transactions, bringing a practical understanding of the legal, regulatory and commercial considerations that arise when businesses operate across multiple jurisdictions. In addition to transactional work, she supports clients on corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters, helping them manage legal risk and navigate operational challenges within complex corporate structures.
