Anna handles a variety of claims including will disputes, those brought under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and contested Court of Protection claims. Having extensive experience acting for clients in a broad range of litigious claims, she takes a robust approach to litigation but is also a strong advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution where appropriate.
