A solicitor in our Residential Development Team, Joe assists on complex promotion agreements and option agreements and manages the disposal and acquisition of sites for residential development. Joe has experience of acting for developers with a particular focus on disposals to Housing Associations. Joe also deals with complex lease transactions from both perspective of Tenants and Landlords.
