Stratford-on-Avon and Warwick District Council are working together to produce a new Local Plan for South Warwickshire. This includes options for where new growth should be located, and the plan is a hugely significant document shaping the area for years to come.
The two Councils will be undertaking an Issues and Options Consultation and Call for Sites, for a period of 8 weeks between Monday 9 January – Monday 6 March 2023.
Dan Usher, Economics Director at Marrons is delighted to be joined by John Careford and Phil Clarke (Heads of Planning at Stratford-on-Avon and Warwick District Councils respectively) to discuss some of the key development issues they are seeking to address. Dan will be presenting evidence on the demographic and economic factors at play, and there will be an opportunity for debate and discussion. We will also be joined by Kevin Joynes, Partner in our Shakespeare Martineau residential development team.
We aim to start the presentations at 17:15 and we will follow the discussion with networking drinks and canapés.
Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
The event is supported by Stratford RAC.
