David is a vastly-experienced Property Development and Investment specialist – across the Residential and Commercial sectors. In the Residential sector, he acts for volume and SME developers and promoters as well as land-owners and funders on the full range of transaction-types (including Strategic Land and Joint-Ventures). In the Commercial sector, he acts for developers, investors, traders and occupiers. His clients value his constructive and engaging style, coupled with his drive and commitment in getting the deal done
David has previously worked at Gateleys, Arthur Andersen, Eversheds, Pinsents and TLT. He joined SHMA in June 2025.
I’ve been doing this a long time, but remain excited and energised by the never-ending opportunities to solve problems and get deals done with the engagement of my excellent clients and colleagues as the world of Property Development continues to refine and evolve.
