As a solicitor specialising in Real Estate Dispute Litigation and a core member of the Housing and Asset Management team, I deliver strategic, solution-focused legal advice to a broad client base, including commercial landlords, tenants, and registered providers of social housing.
My practice covers a broad spectrum of residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters, with a strong focus on property dispute resolution. I advise on a wide range of contentious issues, including lease renewals and terminations, rent arrears, dilapidations, possession proceedings, and complex tenancy and estate management disputes.
I work closely with commercial landlords and tenants to resolve disputes efficiently while safeguarding their commercial interests. In the social housing sector, I take particular pride in supporting registered providers with their housing management legal needs, delivering pragmatic, tailored solutions that reflect the unique regulatory and operational challenges of the sector.
