Danielle is part of our social housing litigation team. She engages with all stakeholders to ensure landlords and property managers achieve their goals for their housing stock.
Danielle has a reputation for finding solutions to disputes in a speedy and efficient manner. She has a particular expertise in leasehold, shared ownership and affordable housing.
The wider team deals with all forms of anti-social behaviour injunctions and possession proceedings and rent, estate charge and service charge proceedings.
Clients include registered providers of social housing, property managers and providers of care homes.
We work with clients to reach their objectives and resolve any housing management issues they may be facing.
