A chartered accountant with more than 25 years’ leadership experience, Sarah strongly believes that ‘good business’ is both purposeful and sustainably profitable.
Sarah is a well-known speaker on strategy, collaboration and place, and is a lead author of Ampa’s ‘vibrant places’ report.
Known for driving transformational change in business; Ampa’s revenue doubled in just four years under Sarah’s leadership, while also remaining true to a strong set of values and responsible business agenda.
Sarah is also on the advisory boards for the impact-driven network Anthropy, value-driven collective of new business voices vocL and is independent Chair of the Eden Morecambe partnership. Sarah has also been awarded IOD Chartered Director of the year for 2024.
Currently, Ampa is one of the largest professional services B Corporations in the UK.
