Meriel has experience in acting for commercial occupiers and landlords managing their property portfolios involving lettings, acquisitions and disposals . Meriel also acts for a number of education providers such as Universities supporting them in managing their estates assets. Meriel also has experience in acting for developers of commercial property particularly in the logistics sector. Meriel also has experience in acting for national banks providing commercial loan facilities by undertaking the required property due diligence and preparing bespoke security packages for transactions involving funding of acquisitions of healthcare based practices and commercial and residential property, and also development finance of residential and commercial property.
I work closely with my clients to achieve their business objectives. I enjoy dealing with complex transactions and providing my clients with risk assessments, options and solutions to progress matters.
