Meriel has experience in preparing and drafting both reports on title and bespoke security packages relating to transactions involving funding of acquisition of dental practices and medical practices. Meriel also has strong expertise in acting for lenders in cases involving development of both commercial and residential property.
I work closely with my clients to achieve their business objectives. I enjoy dealing with complex transactions and providing my clients with options and solutions to progress matters.
