Jonathan Warren is a Partner in the firm’s market-leading Real Estate Disputes team.

He advises on all areas of commercial and residential property law and is regularly retained to resolve complex, business-critical disputes. Jonathan acts for stakeholders across the property sector—including investors, agents, developers, landlords, occupiers and HNW clients—covering landlord and tenant disputes, insolvency-related issues, restrictive covenant claims, trespasser proceedings, neighbour disputes and litigation arising from property transactions.

In addition to his core property practice, Jonathan is instructed on building cladding matters and disputes under the Building Safety Act, helping clients navigate evolving regulatory obligations and risk.

Recognised for his clear thinking and commercial focus, Jonathan is known for getting to the crux of a dispute quickly and delivering practical advice that aligns with strategic objectives.
