Ella is a solicitor within the Commercial Real Estate Team at Shakespeare Martineau Solicitors. Ella has experience dealing with both residential and commercial property transactions, and now deals predominantly with a range of commercial property transactions.
Ella acts for wide a variety of clients on a range of matters. Namely, freehold and leasehold acquisitions, re-mortgages, first and second charges, lease renewals / surrender and re-grant and much more.
Ella qualified as a solicitor in 2023 after having completed the LLB, LLM and a two year training contract.
I aim to build strong relationships with my clients, and to achieve the most efficient and desirable outcome for them.
