Carys works with a variety of clients, assisting senior colleagues on a range of residential development transactions. She supports both landowners and developers throughout the transaction process, helping to ensure that matters progress smoothly and efficiently from instruction through to completion.
Carys has experience across a broad spectrum of residential development work, including option agreements, conditional contracts, overage arrangements, and the sale and purchase of development sites. She is involved in all stages of these transactions, from reviewing and drafting documentation to managing due diligence and liaising with clients and third parties to keep matters on track.
In addition to her residential development work, Carys also has experience with commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, the grant of new leases and lease renewals. She is dedicated to providing a thorough and responsive service, paying close attention to detail while keeping the wider commercial objectives of her clients in mind.
