With extensive experience as a legal secretary across conveyancing, construction, and private client work, Bev brings both knowledge and reassurance to every client interaction. As a qualified ILEX City & Guilds legal secretary, she is well equipped to support individuals and professionals through the process of applying to become a Court of Protection deputy for vulnerable adults or elderly relatives, and she can also prepare and submit applications on their behalf.
Bev provides full support with making and registering lasting powers of attorney and assists with the management of trusts and financial affairs, ensuring that clients’ legal and personal matters are handled with care, clarity, and professionalism.
