I am a family law partner and head of the family team in the Shakespeare Martineau Birmingham office, specialising in the financial aspects of divorce and relationship breakdown with high value or complex assets, often with an international element.
I deal with the full range of wealth protection agreements, including pre-nups, post-nups, separation and cohabitation agreements.
I also advise on both international and domestic children matters.
I am a member of Resolution and listed as a specialist lawyer on the Reunite international website, which assists parents with child abduction and relocation.
