Holiday pay for “part-year” workers – do you need to review your approach? | Harpur Trust v Brazel

The long awaited judgment by the Supreme Court in the Harpur Trust v Brazel case has finally been handed down to confirm earlier rulings that employees who only work for part of the year, such as term-time workers, are entitled to the same holiday pay as colleagues who work all year.
