Amy Durnford is a solicitor with over seven years’ experience in private client law. Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, she provides bespoke advice to high-net-worth individuals and families, helping them plan for the future with clarity and confidence through tailored wills, LPAs, and estate planning.

Clare is based in the Bristol office. She has 25 years’experience in private client work and has been with GL Law for 19 years. A former director of GL and Head of Wills & Inheritance, Clare now works with GL Law in a consultative capacity.

Joanne Binks is an experienced, enthusiastic and compassionate STEP qualified Private Client Solicitor with Shakespeare Martineau.

Josh helps individuals plan for the future by assisting with drafting Wills, Estate planning and administration, Powers of Attorney and Trust planning and administration.

Yasmin has been a part of the Legal Planning team at Shakespeare Martineau since June 2021 and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2023.

Following his retirement as a partner and head of the legal planning team, Simon remains within the firm as full-time consultant and continues to use his 30 years experience of handling complex planning issues as part of the wider planning offer across the team.
