Join us at the next Construction Breakfast where we welcome Malindi Myers, the Bank of England’s Agent for the South West.
Malindi will deliver an economic update, covering demand and activity levels, the labour market, inflation and cost pressures and the interest rate response by the MPC. This will follow on from their May economic and forecast update, which will be published in the Monetary Policy Report on the 11th May.
We are also excited to introduce our new Construction Breakfast host Neil Gosling. Neil is the national head of our residential development team, and has acted for the majority of the country’s top 10 national housebuilders as well as for significant institutional landowners, private builders and developers.
He has extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of the acquisition and disposal of consented and unconsented land, consortium-led purchases and complex multi-phase mixed-use regeneration schemes.
As usual, there will be an opportunity for networking and a Q&A session with the panel.
We look forward to catching up with you over a delicious breakfast.
