There is no denying that the last few years have brought with them significant and long-lasting change. From leaving the EU and the introduction of new agricultural policy to the impact of Covid and the war in Ukraine. Farms have wonderful potential, both for producing food and providing other services, and adapting to meet these challenges will be key to farms surviving – and thriving.
Following a full english breakfast we will share some live examples of how our clients are already diversifying, as well as exploring the legal strategies (and pitfalls) to help you diversify your land and business and take advantage of new income-producing opportunities and investment in the rural environment.
After our briefing we do hope you will join us for a guided walk around the Marina at The View where the owner will share with you his diversification challenges and experiences.
Please do extend this invite to family members or clients you think may benefit from attending, although we do ask that you book early to secure your place as numbers are limited.
