Molly advises on a broad range of corporate finance matters, including share and asset acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts (MBOs), employee ownership trust (EOT) transactions, solvent restructurings, and general company law matters.
Molly has experience supporting clients on both domestic and cross-border transactions, with particular expertise in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors. She also has experience assisting on private equity transactions and works closely with businesses, individuals and management teams to help deliver successful outcomes across a variety of corporate transactions.
