Edward has experience acting on acquisitions of land for development, pre-lets of industrial units to a range of tenants, and negotiating agreements with statutory undertakers. Edward advises investor landlords on a range of asset management matters relating to offices and retail units. Edward also provides support on a range of property matters relating to business acquisitions and disposals, with particular recent experience acting for retail pharmacies and dental practices. In addition, Edward has acted for both lenders and landowners on property finance matters.
