Kellie Hatton is Co-Head of the Development practice, within the Commercial Property team. Having spent 13 years practising at City firms, Kellie moved to Sheffield in 2014 and joined SHMA in May 2025.
Kellie has over 23 years’ experience across all types of real estate transactions, but with a particular specialism in large scale development projects. These span across the residential, mixed use and commercial sectors, having acted for developers, investors and local authorities.
I love helping clients to drive deals forward as efficiently as possible. I’ve always got their backs, and try to have some fun along the way.
