Being a responsible business

Our commitment to sustainability and social impact

At the Ampa Group we believe that our business should serve its people, communities and the environment as it grows.

We are a certified B Corporation (known as B Corp) making us one of over 8,500 companies globally that are verified by B Lab to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.

We are committed to driving positive change among our people, in our communities and for the environment.

Our 24/25 Impact Report

The Ampa group has published its latest impact report, recording the wider group’s achievements and progress to date, since the relaunch of its responsible business programme last year. Making more than 30 pledges to its people, planet and local communities, the group has seen significant improvements in its commitment to increasing diversity at a senior level, reducing its carbon footprint and offering career development opportunities to under-represented groups.
