Kerry specialises in intellectual property infringement disputes and non-contentious intellectual property exploitation, working with both private and public sector clients.

Kerry advises on all types of intellectual property rights, with a particular specialism in patents. Kerry is passionate about gaining an in-depth understanding of the technology upon which her clients’ business rely. Her cases have included technology such as mechanical products, battery technology, medical devices, data and software licensing and combat vehicles used by the British Army. Kerry has also worked on fashion and interior design cases, as well as advertising compliance.

Kerry aims to provide practical, intelligent and strategic advice, based her client’s critical business priorities.
