Elaine works with a wide range of clients to include high net worth individuals and advises on estate planning, probate matters and various trust structures. Elaine also helps clients with Powers of Attorney and Deputy’s Accounts.
As a member of the private client team, Elaine works with clients advising on how best to pass their wealth to their intended beneficiaries and in probate matters including Inheritance Tax bearing estates.
Elaine also acts for Trustees in the general day-to-day administration of various Trust structures to include the preparation and filing of Tax Returns with H M Revenue & Customs and annual Trust Accounts.
Her clients include high net worth individuals, lay and professional Executors and Trustees.
