Yasmin has been a part of the Legal Planning team at Shakespeare Martineau since June 2021 and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2023.
Yasmin joined Shakespeare Martineau with valuable legal planning experience gained during her time as a Legal Assistant in a Local Authority. Yasmin has expertise in reviewing Section 106 agreements and preparing customised reports to meet the specific needs of our social housing clients. Yasmin has experience negotiating and managing infrastructure agreements (S38, S278 and S104 agreements) for our housebuilder clients.
Yasmin also has experience in reviewing planning documents as part of a wider due diligence for an acquisition projects to provide bespoke advice for specific planning requirements.
I thrive on the diversity of clients and projects that I work with, taking pride in building strong relationships and providing pragmatic solutions to real-world challenges.
