Vicci Faulkner is a Fellow of the Chartered Legal Executives and Legal Director within the Social Housing Sales Team, having returned to the team in May 2023. She has over 17 years experience within Residential Property.
Vicci acts for housing associations as part of the Social Housing Sales Team. In her career she has worked with both the general public in residential property and also alongside our housing association clients, providing her with a in-depth knowledge of property transactions.
Vicci’s main areas of expertise include staircasing, shared ownership plot sales, lease extensions and shared ownership resales.
I love the variety of work and yet also the structure that working within this sector brings. Working with housing association clients, I am able to build a great rapport with our clients and have a great working relationship, which is very rewarding in itself.
