Tamsin specialises in contentious trust and probate. She acts for individuals, charities and trustees in a variety of matters.

claims concerning the validity and effect of Wills and applications for the rectification and variation of Wills.
Due to the nature of my work, I often see clients at what can be a difficult and upsetting time during their lives. I therefore seek to deliver straightforward pragmatic advice and work towards achieving the best possible outcome for them from day one.
