Stewart acts exclusively for housing association clients and completes a large number of property transactions to assist clients in achieving their goals.
Stewart qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and has worked in property since qualification. Stewart started acting exclusively for housing associations in 2012 and since then has assisted in building a team of property law experts who deal with transactions promptly in order to generate several million pounds in capital receipts to enable clients to grow whilst at the same time working with clients to reduce void periods.
Stewart loves working as part of a team and is passionate about growing our social housing team so that it continues to provide a great service to its clients.
I try to be as close to an in house lawyer as I can to my clients . I want to get to know my clients and their business so that I can assist with things that really matter. We achieve important goals as a team.
