Peter advises his farming and landowning clients on a wide variety of matters from partnerships to agricultural tenancies.
Peter has specialised in farms and rural land .He has worked in the Midlands for the last 25 years, advising on all aspects of rural property and farm partnerships. He has a particular specialism in tenancies governed by the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986, as well as farm business tenancies.
Peter is secretary and a trustee to the Addington Fund, a charity dedicated to assisting farmers in times of extreme pressure on their businesses.
He is recognised as a ‘Leading Partner’ in the Legal 500 UK, 2026 guide.
