Oscar Ciaurro

Oscar is a solicitor in our employment team working across both our Leicester and Nottingham offices, and advises and assists a variety of businesses from large, national organisations to SMEs.

Oscar has worked with clients across a broad range of sectors, including professional bodies, high street retailers, food and drinks manufacturers, care homes, logistics organisations, education establishments and media and publishing companies. He assists with all employment and human resources matters, and all employment-related aspects of corporate and commercial transactions.

Oscar is the point of contact for a number of our retainer clients for day-to-day HR issues, often supporting with disciplinary and grievance processes, managing long-term sickness absence and senior level exits and settlement agreements. He also has experience in helping businesses manage complex data subject access requests.

Oscar’s tribunal work has covered cases involving a number of issues, from unfair and constructive dismissal, to race and religious discrimination.
