Nicola has strong experience in both commercial and residential property due diligence, drafting reports on title and negotiating real estate contracts including leases.
I strive to achieve and build long-term relationships with my clients. I am pro-active and approachable and I endeavour to help my clients reach their goals and achieve their deadlines.
