Margarita is a paralegal in the private client department based in Bristol. She has over 2 years of experience in estate administration. Margarita assists with both simple and complex estates working closely with executors with the primary aim of removing the stress and hassle of their shoulders.
Margarita is responsible for liaising with third parties to obtain the necessary information to administer an estate, applying for the Grant of Probate, and completing relevant Inheritance Tax forms. She also assists with post-grant matters such as encashing or transferring assets, settling debts, making distributions to beneficiaries and producing estate accounts.
Margarita is currently studying MA (Law) part time as a conversion course to qualify as a solicitor in the future.
