Hannah joined SHMA in 2020 and is passionate about developing our Early Ambitions programme to support and drive the growth of the firm.
Hannah has over 6 years experience in the Legal sector, working across all disciplines of Human Resources. She has experience leading and developing talent acquisition and development programmes, and supporting the learning and career development of those in the early stages of both their legal and operational careers.
Here at Shakespeare Martineau, Hannah works closely with Partners and Team Leaders across the firm to identify development opportunities within their Teams, and how we can best use these opportunities to grow the skills of those in the early stages of their careers. She works with the Helen Hay, and Jay Lutwyche to drive our Early Ambitions programme as aligned to the business needs. Hannah manages our trainee solicitor and training contracts programme from candidate attraction through to newly qualified solicitor development, as well as aiding those looking to qualify through different routes. Additionally, Hannah manages our apprenticeships across the firm, and work experience opportunities.
I love the moment when someone achieves something that they have worked so hard for and dreamt of for so long.
