My experience spans litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and expert determination. My reported cases include the series of judgments of The Honourable Mr Justice Jackson and the Court of Appeal concerning the M6 toll road. I am a Solicitor – Advocate and authorised to exercise rights of audience in all Courts. I am an ex-chair of the Society of Construction Law. I also sit as an Adjudicator and I am a member of the RICS Construction Adjudication Panel I have presented a number of seminars on construction law issues and regularly contribute articles to various construction journals. I am a member of the Technology and Construction Solicitors Association, the Adjudication Society and the Solicitors’ Association of Higher Court Advocates. I have a keen interest in politics and prior to commencing my training contract worked in the House of Commons as a parliamentary research assistant for a Member of Parliament. Specialties:
