Kieran is a key part of our interventions team and acts for regulators on interventions. Kieran is also developing a regulatory investigations practice with a focus on financial and case investigations.
Kieran is a litigator by profession and is an instinctive problem solver. He takes a pragmatic and commercial approach to his clients’ problems and has a range of experience across areas of commercial litigation including contractual disputes and high value debt claims. Kieran has worked on complex commercial disputes on behalf of a number of clients including a national supplier of fuel, a water supplier, a train operating company and a national estate agent. Kieran’s practice includes claims and insurance work including defendant professional negligence matters.
Kieran also provides operational support to the firm’s litigation business unit and previously supported the firm’s risk and compliance function.
Kieran trained at the NFU, with a litigation secondment to Shakespeare Martineau, and, thus, has experience of both law firms and in-house practice.
