Lucinda advises clients on the full remit of employment issues, including contentious and non-contentious issues. She advises on day-to-day employment issues, such as grievances, disciplinaries and absences as well as larger projects including redundancies, restructures and TUPE.

Lucinda has significant experience advising in employment tribunal claims, including complex claims and issues of discrimination and whistleblowing. She has a keen interest in developing areas of employment law and provides updates to clients by presented training and drafting articles.
