Working initially as assistant-vice-president in corporate insurance, Rob moved to law as a mature student, studying at the University of London. Since moving to law, Rob has worked exclusively in family law, with over eight years of experience working in complex family matters, often incorporating an international element.

Rob has excellent working relationships with both Midlands and London counsel, having lived and worked in both areas (now being based in the Midlands) and still regularly acts in cases across the Midlands and London, including at the High Court of Justice in London.

He is ranked as a ‘Leading Associate’ in the Legal 500 UK, 2026 guide.
