Simran’s recent work includes:

• Defamation and reputation management: Acting for Richard Taylor in his libel claim about the film, The Lost King, against (1) Pathe Productions Limited (2) Baby Cow Productions Limited (3) Steve Coogan

• Acted for the defendants in the conjoined case in Smith & Jackson v Surridge and others [2025] EWHC 74 (KB) – The claimants brought claims in libel, misuse of private information and negligent misstatement. Saini J handed down judgment dismissing all claims against the defendants.

• Various libel, harassment and misuse of private information claims.

• Various breach of warranty claims.

• Commercial contract claims and disputes.

• Disputes concerning companies and partnerships, including shareholder claims.
