With a specialism in corporate finance and M&A, Nic has experience across a range of sectors, including development finance, healthcare and owner-managed businesses. She also spent some years running her own business and so has first hand experience of the challenges facing small business owners.

Nic qualified as a corporate lawyer in 1995 in London and has also practised in Bristol and Hampshire. She trained at Slaughter and May and has since worked at Shoosmiths and DAC Beachcroft.
