She works with organisations of all sizes – from early stage ventures to large national and international companies – delivering advice that’s practical, commercially focused and grounded in how businesses actually operate. With deep experience in the manufacturing sector, Carys brings a valuable in house lens to her work, having previously held the role of head of legal for an international manufacturing and engineering business based in South Yorkshire.

That first hand in-house experience still shapes everything she does. Clients trust Carys with the preparation of, advice on, and negotiation and conclusion of all types of commercial transactions, arrangements and advice. This includes supply agreements, joint ventures and collaborations, manufacturing, distribution, agency and franchise agreements, consultancy agreements, IP licensing arrangements, standard terms of supply and purchase, B2B and B2C e-commerce, outsourcing and NDAs (confidentiality agreements).

Alongside her client work. Carys has helped drive the growth of our Sheffield office over the past four years. She has also been the driving force behind the growth of Coordinated Counsel and the creation of In House Assist, our flexible, on demand legal resourcing solution designed specifically for in house teams.
