From advice on how to structure a transaction, to drafting the transaction documents, to ensuring the loans advanced are secured effectively and priority issues dealt with – Naomi is available to advise on all these areas.

Her clients include a number of clearing banks, asset finance funders, challenger banks and peer to peer lenders. She also works for borrowers obtaining finance.
