David has experience dealing with a wide range of mixed-use development projects, investment acquisitions and disposals and all aspects of commercial leasing for both tenant and landlord.

He has particular experience acting on behalf of investment landlords, commercial occupiers and developers and feels that building strong client relationships is the key to providing effective, client specific advice.

David’s experience includes:

• Working closely with large commercial landlords in relation to effective estate management.
• Advising clients on the acquisition and sale of multi-let assets including retail parks and industrial estates.
• Advising clients on the acquisition of development sites including associated planning and land rights matters.
• Dealing with property related matters for both lender and borrower in relation to real estate financing.
